ReplyGenius is an AI-powered message transformation platform that helps users create engaging text messages. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate alternative versions of user-provided messages.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One account per person
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use ReplyGenius to:
- Generate harassing, threatening, or abusive content
- Create spam or unsolicited messages
- Impersonate another person
- Generate illegal or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
5. Subscription & Payments
- Free tier: 10 transformations per month, no payment required
- Paid plans: Billed monthly via Stripe
- Cancel anytime - access continues until end of billing period
- No refunds for partial months
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
6. AI-Generated Content
- AI-generated messages are suggestions only - you choose what to send
- We are not responsible for how you use the generated messages
- AI output may occasionally be inappropriate - use your judgment
- You retain full responsibility for any messages you send
7. Privacy & Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- All messages auto-delete after 24 hours
- We do not sell your data
- Passwords are encrypted
8. Intellectual Property
The ReplyGenius name, logo, and service are owned by us. The AI-generated message content is provided for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
ReplyGenius is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to relationship outcomes, miscommunications, or service interruptions.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
